Announcing…
Yes! Today is the day Someday We Will is released. I am so pleased to share that news with you, readers. Since a book launch party is on hold…for now…
You can celebrate my book’s release my attending my virtual book launch party.
Here are the cupcakes (no worries–there’s more on the back table):
What’s a party without the decorations?
I planned on handing out party favors, which would be bubbles, because that is one of my favorite activities to share with my granddaughter. It’s one of our traditions.
And of course, I would read from my book. I hope this video is the next best thing to being there:
What activities are you looking forward to doing someday with someone you are able to be with right now? Because we have hope that we will someday be together again, hold on to the promise of the somedays to come.
A book launch would have a door prize–an autographed copy of my book, for sure. Since we aren’t together for my book launch I will hold a virtual door prize by having you send me a couple of lines of the someday activity you are looking forward to sharing with that special someone you are separated from at the moment. This is a kid friendly blog, so keep your activities G-rated, please and thank you. I will close submission on April 14th–one week from now. Send in your someday moments before then and I will select from the entries and send out an autographed copy of Someday We Will to you.
Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you check out my book at BeamingBooks.com or at Amazon.com.
congrats on the book. What a cool dea! Someday I will walk with Roxy and teacher my art to tothers. I atill do online but in person is fun too.
Thanks for the contribution, Mireya! Hang on to that someday!
Oh–that frosting! Love hearing your voice.
Ta dah! First my real name, than my photo, and then Live with Pam. I’m running out of surprises.
I’m also happy to see you and hear your voice! It will be nice to have a visual (and an audio) when I read future critiques! 🙂
Someday, I will have the next “Nonna’s Book Club” with my grandsons. I know it will happen, just not in the near future!
CONGRATULATIONS on your book! I’m so happy for you!!
Thank you, Michele! Learning how to make videos (promos and teaching) is a definite stretch!
So reading with your grandsons is your someday hope?
Congratulations, Pam! And Happy Book Birthday! Loved the video so much.
I can’t wait to meet with my writing friends in person again. Some day. 🙂
It’s an ongoing party! And not only will the cupcakes not run out, they are calorie free!
Someday you’ll be reading this in The Library to a room full of excited children. That’s in my someday jar.;)
Congratulations! What a clever book launch.
Thanks for stopping by and that is a great someday hopeful!
I second that! Very much looking forward to when you can present this book to the kids (and their parents) *in* the Library. Great reading, too, thank you!
Thanks! I really miss earning my frequent flyer points at the library!
You have a divine voice
Didn’t see that one coming!
So I’m telling you about it😙
Haha—okay. Appreciate the notice.
Okey 😊
The book is adorable, Pam! My someday wishes (two because I’m greedy): Someday we’ll fly to California again to see our daughter Beth, and visit all the places we miss from when we used to live there, especially the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. Someday we’ll go to Great Britain, and see the places our ancestors lived, the valleys and towns in Ireland and England, and even a castle in Scotland!
Ooh—Scotland is a someday for me as well. Two someday hopes are perfectly fine. You go back for seconds at the buffet—right?
Exactly! I knew you’d see reason.
CONGRATS!!! I’m so happy for you !
Just wish we could do this in person!
I know it would be fun! At least this way there are plenty of cupcakes to go around.
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahhahaaa!!!
Congratulations on your new adventure! Maddy is thrilled with the book. She had many questions about you. She is excited to know she is your great niece. She loved the video . Best wishes! She wants to tell you she likes to play with her friend Zoe and her brother Clay onher trampoline.
Yes–someday we will come visit!
Hi Pam, Thanks for sharing about your book. I like the fellow’s comment above about going to England, Ireland and Scotland with his grandchildren. My ancestry and therefore my grandchildren’s are from there also. But someday I hope to resume teaching art to my granddaughters, and to help them learn to write. We haven’t tried that yet!
A someday hope of teaching art to your granddaughters is excellent! Thanks for stopping by.
Thanks for letting me know about this. I will send Wendy a congrats also.
Yes—that would be great! Thanks.
Yay!!! Congrats, Pam! Someday I want to build with Legos, again, with my grandson who lives several hours away. Right now those miles might as well be on opposite sides of the earth…
Legos with a grandson is a delightful someday hope. Even in the same town can seem like miles right now.
Yes, I did see my more local grandchildren for a few brief minutes today, for a toilet paper and fresh veggie “hand-off,” but certainly no hugs involved:(
I wonder how little ones are grasping this. It must quite confusing for them.
Definitely confusing.
Pam, you’ve done a wonderful job with this virtual launch. Your book is inspiring! I’ve spread the word on the CBI Facebook group. Best of luck with your book!
Thanks, Laura. Take an extra cupcake home with you 🙂

What a fab book. My grandkids will love it!!
Wonderful! Thanks for stopping by.
I couldn’t find the link to purchase.
It should be on the Amazon page. Did you click on the provided link in the post? It’s at the bottom of the page.
Ok. My add brain misses things.
Excellent timing for such a special book. It sounds like a classic to me. This was only my second book release party and I had a wonderful time. Thank you for having me. And congratulations!
Thanks for stopping by. I appreciate the support. I hope you had your fill of cupcakes😊
Someday I will see my mother. I’ll pile my lively, loud, loving brood into our minivan -not for a ‘drive’ with no destination or a ‘trip’ to the grocery store pickup- but to grandmother’s house we’ll go. Once there, we’ll exit the car and walk up to her porch. The kids will ring the doorbell and hide behind the Adirondack on the porch. My mother will open the door, ask, “Oh! Who rang my doorbell?,” and feign surprise as her grandchildren jump out. Everyone will hug everyone and things will be as if they never were ever different.
Now that is a lovely someday hope. She no doubt has the same thought.⭐️
I’m sure she does!
Someday I’ll get to hug my grandkids again and read to them and blow bubbles. I hope it’s soon. Terrific book and reading. I love the book, Pam, great for grandparents.
Thank you—hugging our loved ones is a special someday hope in itself.
Congratulations, Pam! So great to join your book launch celebrations and see you book out in the world.
I hope one day to blow bubbles with my granddaughter.
Thanks, Mary, Bubble blowing is not just for kids😉
Congratulations, Pam! Someday I look forward to bringing my mom pizza again–and eating it with her.
Pizza and Mom is a worthwhile someday hope! Thanks for stopping by.
Congratulations, sorry I’m late to the party. It’s good to hear your voice for the first time, and someday I hope to be attending launch parties with you in person!
Who knew how appropriate your book would be for this time of stay at home!
It is timely, isn’t it?
This was great. The book is so timely for this time in our lives.
Someday…..I hope to be able to hug my neighbor and friends.
Thanks for stopping by, Trish. Even the basics of hugging is an important someday hope.

Wait a second, you post says “go grab a cupcake” and so I click on the link and I am taken to a virtual cupcake? Not fair! Congratulations, anyway. Go, grab a cupcake, indeed.
Virtual cupcakes are non-caloric, Tref—it’s a win-win situation.
