Book Booster Boogey: Milemarker
Today marks my π― milestone! Usually I read about 100 books for the year, but 2020 has influenced my reading habits immensely. Staying at home means I am either working in the yard, writing on the computer, or reading in my hammock. Guess which one garnered most of my dedication?
And the π―th book is….

Yes, without intentionally doing so, my π―th book for this year is a book by a Reader writing about reading specifically βThe Delights and Dilemmas of the Reading Life.β
Even though school starts for me on Monday, I shall continue reading. I have four more months until the end of the year. Hmm, how many more books can I squeeze in by the Goodreads tally deadline?
What are your guesses?
25?
37?
52?
State a guess in the comments below and we will see what happens by December!

That’s an amazing number of books to read already this year! I guess 25 more with school starting.
Thatβs doableβIβll let you know!
Congratulations. That’s an art.
Actually, itβs an escapeπ
A million.
Iβll get back to you on that…
Wonderful! I confess I was unable to finish her first book. How was this one? π I think you could finish 25 at least. School/holidays slow me down a bit, so I’m guessing it will you? π
Itβs slim and the essays are fun to read. I suggest it, especially if you like to read books to the point of saying you are a Readerπ25 is doable.
I’ll look for it, Pam! Thank you! π
I’m going to risk it all and bid another hundred, Alex!
Oh my, your confidence in my reading chops is overwhelming!
There’s always Magic Treehouse!
Haha-I read a lot of Newberry winners in August. I βkidβ you notπ
As long as you had a side of War and Peace, we’ll count them.
